Recipe - Gentleman Jack Country Pork Ribs

6 Pork countrystyle ribs
1/3 cup Kentucky bourbon
1/3 cup Orange marmalade; melted
2 Cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Orange juice
2 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
4 Whole cloves
To taste black pepper;
freshly ground
1. Place the pork ribs in large bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine bourbon, marmalade,garlic, orange juice, cloves
and pepper. Pour mixture over ribs and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 68 hours and bring to room temperature before cooking.
3. Preheat oven to 350f and start grill.
4. Remove ribs from marinade and place in 13x9 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes
basting with marinade. Place remaining marinade in saucepan and boil till
slightly thickened.
5. Finish the ribs by placing on grill. Brush them well with thickened
marinade and turn once or twice until brown, glazed and fork tender.
