Recipe - Geneva Pear Flan (Geneve)

1 (12oz) collins glass
1 Lime; juice of
1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
2 ounce Seltzer
Shaved ice
2 ds Bitters
2 ounce Liquor
Seltzer
Put lime juice, sugar and 2 ounce selzer in glass; fill with shaved ice; stir
well. Add bitters and liquor of choice and then fill with seltzer. Customer
does final stir ("swizzle").
