Recipe - Genelles Caramel Corn

6 qt Popcorn; popped
2 cup Brown Sugar
2 Sticks Butter Or Margarine
One half cup Dark Karo Syrup
1 pn Cream Of Tartar
Boil brown sugar, butter, sugar and cream of tartar for 5 minutes. Pour
over popped corn; stir and spread on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 250 for one hour stirring once or twice during baking.
