Recipe - Gemelli With Feta Mint And Olives

16 ounce Gemelli or penne
4 ounce Feta cheese; crumbled
One half cup Kalamata olives; cut or sliced up
One half cup Mint leaves; chopped
2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
18 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 ounce Fresh spinach; stems
removed& torn
In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine
cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to
pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well.
