Recipe - Gelatin Plum Pudding

1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
One half cup Canned cherry juice
1 One half tablespoon Cocoa
One half cup Granulated sugar
One half cup Orange juice
Three fourths cup Canned pineapple juice
1 cup Seedless raisins
One half cup Chopped dates
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
One fourth cup Chopped pecans
Cool whip
Tiny red candles
Soak gelatin in cherry juice for 5 minutes. Mix cocoa and sugar. Add orange
and pineapple juices, raisins and dates. Boil for two minutes, stirring
constantly. Add the soaked gelatin aud stir until dissolved. Cool. Add
vanilla and nuts. Let jell partially; stir well to mix fruit evenly. Chill
until firm in round individual molds. Serve with Cool Whip on top with tiny
lighted candles. Garnish with holly.
THIS MAKES A LOVELY DESSERT FOR
THE HOLIDAYS.
