Recipe - Gelatin Easter Baskets

Ingredients:

1 pack (4serving size) JellO
brand gelatin; any flavor
1 cup Boiling water
One half cup Cold water
One half cup Baker's angel flake coconut
Food coloring
Jelly beans
Red string licorice

DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Pour into individual
ring molds or 6ounce custard cups. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

TINT coconut as desired with food coloring.

UNMOLD gelatin onto individual dessert plates. Sprinkle coconut into
center of each mold for "grass." Place jelly beans on top of coconut. Cut
licorice for basket handles; insert in molds.

MAKES 4 servings, Prep time: 15 minutes, Chill time: 2 hours
