Recipe - Gefilte Fish Dip

1 One half tablespoon White horseradish
1 pt Gefilte fish
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 ds Pepper
8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
One half tablespoon Salt (to taste)
Source, Matzah Market, Debbi Dalin, Florida
Drain fish and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Chill before serving with matzo crackers.
