Recipe - Gazpacho 4

One half cup Soft bread crumbs
One half cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 Clove (small) garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
2 tablespoon Diced pimiento
2 cup Peeled; minced tomatoes
1/3 cup Finely chopped celery
1/3 cup Finely chopped green pepper
3 ds Tabasco; more or less
2 cup Tomato juice
Pur‚e all ingredients except tomato juice in blender. Add juice and mix
until well blended. Much better made a day ahead. Yield: 4 servings.
