Recipe - Gather Round Pound Cake

1 pack Butterscotch morsels (6 oz.)
2 tablespoon Instant coffee
One fourth cup Water
1 cup Butter
3 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Buttermilk
4 Eggs

Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, coffee, and water.
Cream together butter and sugar and add to butterscotch mixture. Combine
flour, soda, salt and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Add eggs one at a time. Beat at medium speed. Bake in greased 12cup, 10
inch Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 5560 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before
