Recipe - Gateau De Crepes Paula

40 cl Milk
1 Vanilla bean
1 Egg
1 Yolk
50 g Flour
90 g Sugar
25 g Butter
100 g Ground almonds
1 teaspoon Almond flavor
375 g Semi sweet chocolate chips
75 g Butter
Bring milk with vanilla bean to a boil. Put eggs in a bowl, add sugar,
flour mix well. Pour milk while stirring. Put back on fire (low), remove
when it boils. Add butter and almond flavoring. At last minute add ground
almonds. Melt the chocolate with a little bit of water, add the butter. Mix
well. Spread the crepes (6 total) with the cremes frangipanes. Layer them
with the cremes in between. At the end cover with chocolate souce. Serve
warm.
Crepes are made with a standard crepe recipe. I prefer a non dessert crepe.
WARNING ALL CATHOLICS. You will be required to attend the Sacrament of
Reconcilation after eating this desert. :D
