Recipe - Garlicky Angel Hair Pasta

1 pack Capellini (angel hair
pasta); or spaghetti (16
oz.
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Chicken broth
2 teaspoon Anchovy paste
4 Garlic cloves; fine chopped
One fourth cup Fresh parsley; chopped
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese; freshly
Grated or thinly shaved
Freshly ground pepper
Cook capellini as directed on package. Meanwhile heat oil in 10inch
skillet over mediumhigh heat until hot. Cook anchovy paste and garlic in
oil and chicken broth, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain
capellini; mix with garlic mixture and parsley. Top with cheese. Serve with
