Recipe - Garlic And Butter Bread

2 teaspoon Yeast or One half a package
2 cup Bread flour
2/3 teaspoon Sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
5 Cloves garlic; minced
One fourth cup Margarine or butter
2/3 cup Water

Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose eith
regular or light crust (depending on your preference) and push "Start".

NOTES : Great garlic bread. Serve with a spagetti dinner or a barbque.
This also makes real good sandwitches. Elizabeth Harbison says: You can
brush the slices of bread lightly with olive oil and then broil them as a
delicious accompaniment to your meal.
