2 Garlic Cloves
One half cup Cream Cheese; Softened
One half cup Sour Cream
One fourth cup White Onion; Diced
1 One half teaspoon Paprika
1 One half teaspoon Curry Powder
1 One half teaspoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill; Chopped, OR
1 teaspoon Dried Dill; Crushed
1 cup Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
1/3 cup Walnuts; Chopped
Crush the garlic with a garlic press and beat into the cream cheese until
the mixture is smooth. Blend in the sour cream. Mix in the onion, spices,
and dill, blending well. Fold in the cheddar cheese and nuts. May be served
at room temperature or chilled. Makes about 2 One half cups of dip. SUGGESTED
DIPPERS: Sesame Crackers, Celery, Radishes, String Beans
