Recipe - Garlic Wine Salad Dressing

3 teaspoon Garlic juice
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Wine vinegar
7 tablespoon Salad oil
3 tablespoon (heaping) mayonnaise
1 ct (16oz) sour cream

Blend well garlic juice & salt, then add vinegar, oil, mayonnaise & sour
cream, beating until smooth. This amount will fill a 28oz peanut butter
jar & will keep about 12 months in refrigerator. Blue Cheese may be added
& the garlic juice omitted.
