Recipe - Garlic Thyme Corn Sticks

1 One fourth cup Cornmeal
Three fourths cup Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
2 lg Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
Heat greased cast iron cornstick pans 3 minutes at 425F.
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients and add to dry, stirring just until mixed.
Spoon batter into pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly
browned.
