Recipe - Garlic Oil

Ingredients:

Stephen Ceideburg
One half cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Minced garlic

Prepare this oil in advance and store in a covered jar
in the refrigerator.

Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over
mediumhigh heat. When oil is hot, add minced garlic
and saute until lightly brown. Remove from heat and
set aside.

Makes about One half cup.

PER TABLESPOON (made with corn oil): 125 calories, 0 g
pro tein, 1 g carbohydrate, 14 g fat (2 g saturated),
0 mg cholesterol, 0 mg sodium, 0 g fiber.
