Recipe - Garlic Lovers Noodles

6 ounce No Yolks cholestrolfree
Noodles (One half package)
3 cl Garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sage, chopped fresh =or=
1 teaspoon Sage, dried
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper, fresh ground
One fourth cup Romano Cheese, grated
Cook No Yolks according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile,
saute garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.
Add sage and pepper. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Stir gently until
noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to combine.

LORI'S NOTE: Don't start the garlic until you've started the pasta. Also
add more romano cheese and place the container on the table so that
everyone can sprinkle it on to taste.
