Recipe - Garlic Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
2 teaspoon California Style Blend
Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pound Boneless pork, cut in thin
strips
One fourth pound Snow peas, trimmed
1 Red pepper, chopped
3 Green onions, cut or sliced up
In a medium boiwl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and
Garlic. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add pork and stirfry 5
minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; stirfry 35 minutes, or
until crisptender.
Pour orange juice mixture over pork and vegetables. Cook until thickened.
Serve over rice, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
