Ingredients:
Garlic Confit recipe makes 4 Servings
1 Bulb Garlic; peeled and
seperated.
2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon Fresh basil
2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
1. Blanch garlic in salted water until tender, drain.
2. Saut garlic lightly in butter and garnish with Basil.
