Recipe - Garlic Cashews

Ingredients:
Garlic Cashews recipe makes 8 Servings
2 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
1 pound Salted cashews
Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Add garlic salt and nuts. Bake at 250
degrees for 1 hour, or until crisp.
Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale. It captured my interest
because of the annotated comments beside the recipes. The original owner
had made comments or just check marks beside certain recipes. I will
include these as I scan.
