Recipe - Garlic Blues Bread

1 1/8 cup Water; lukewarm
3 cup White bread flour
1 One half tablespoon Dry milk
3 teaspoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 One half tablespoon Garlic paste or minced
garlic
One fourth cup Blue cheese; crumbled
1 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
