Recipe - Garlic-Red Pepper Marinade

Ingredients:

Three fourths cup Safflower oil
One fourth cup Dijon mustard
One fourth cup Garlic; minced
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 One half teaspoon Crushed red pepper
One half teaspoon Salt

Combine all the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl. Use or cover tightly and
refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes 1 One fourth cups. Use with meats, poultry,
fish and shellfish.
