Recipe - Garlic-Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients:
Garlic-Parmesan Crisps recipe makes 6 Servings
One half cup Butter or margarine;
softened
2 teaspoon Garlic salt
4 Pita bread; 6"
3 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon Dried basil
In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic salt until well blended. Split each
pita in half to make two rounds. Spread each with butter mixture. Sprinkle
with Parmesan and basil. Cut each round into 6 wedges; place on an
ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 810 minutes or until
crisp. Yield: 4 dozen.
