Ingredients:
Garden Vegetable Spread recipe makes 6 Servings
8 ounce Soft cream cheese
One half cup Shredded carrot
One half cup Shredded zucchini
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
1 ds Pepper
Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with party rye or pumpernickel
bread slices or assorted crackers. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
