Recipe - Garden Vegetable Pie

2 cup Fresh broccoli or
Cauliflower chopped OR
10 ounce Pkg
Cauliflower
One half cup Chopped onion
One half cup Chopped green pepper
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 One half cup Milk
Three fourths cup Buttermilk baking mix
3 Eggs
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Lawrey's seasoning
1 ds Garlic powder
Frozen broccoli or
Heat oven to 400* F. Lightly grease 10x11/2inch pie plate. Heat two
cups of salted water to boiling. Add broccoli. Cover and heat five
minutes. Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper, and cheese in
pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; 15 seconds in blender
on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until
golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out
cleanabout 3540 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish
as desired. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
