Recipe - Garden Turkey And Rice Salad

2 cup Cooked brown rice
1 cup Cooked turkey breast, cut
into bite size pieces
1 cup Celery, coarsely chopped
1 cup Carrots, cut or sliced up
Three fourths cup Toasted wheat germ
1/3 cup Green onions, cut or sliced up
3 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
(optional)
l/2 tsp. black pepper
l/2 cup fat free Italian
salad dressing
One fourth cup Lemon juice
Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing
and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until
ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
