Recipe - Garden Sandwiches

1 pack (8oz) cream cheese;
softened
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 One half tablespoon Mayonnaise
2/3 cup Grated carrots
One fourth cup Minced green pepper
One fourth cup Minced onion
One fourth cup Chopped cucumber
One fourth cup Chopped celery
Bread
Combine cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Beat until fluffy.
Fold vegetables into cheese mixture and chill for several hours or
overnight. Spread on bread. Yield: 2 cups filling.
