1 One half cup Diagonallycut carrot slices
1 cup Diagonallycut celery slices
1 cup Pea pods
2 tablespoon Parkay margarine
One half cup Walnut halves
1 ds Pepper
One half pound Velveeta pasteurized process
cheese spread; cubed
One fourth cup Milk
Stirfry vegetables in margarine until crisptender. Add walnuts and
pepper; mix lightly. Reduce heat. Add Velveeta cheese spread and milk; stir
over low, heat until cheese spread is melted. 4 to 6 servings.
