3 md Carrots chopped
1 cn Tomatoes, Canned minced ,
14 One half ounce Ca
1 cn Garbanzo Beans, Canned 15
ounce Can
1 cup Chicken Broth reduced
Sodium
3 cl Garlic minced
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cumin
One half teaspoon Turmeric
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
1 One half cup Couscous, Cooked
Throw everything in the pot and mix it up. (no couscous though]. Cover;
cook on low 810 hours {High:34 hours}. Add cooked couscous during last
15 minutes of cooking. 6 to 8 servings.
