Recipe - Garbanzo Bean Salad

4 ounce Mushrooms,Button
One half Green Bell Pepper
1/8 inch strips
One half cup Olives,Black,Sliced
One fourth cup Onions,Green Sliced
1 cn Garbanzos,Drained 15oz
Yogurt Dressing:
One half cup Yogurt,Plain
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
One half teaspoon Cumin,Ground
1 One half teaspoon Lemon Juice
One fourth teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/8 teaspoon Tumeric,Ground
Lettuce Leaves
2 Tomatoes,Ripe,Fresh
Wedges
1Drain beans, and mushrooms ,if you are using canned mushrooms. Mix beans,
mushrooms, green pepper, olives and onions. Refrigerate until well chilled;
at least 2 hours. Just before serving, toss salad with yogurt dressing.
2Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges. Dressing: Mix all
