cream cheese; softened
One half cup (2oz.) crumbled Feta cheese
3 tablespoon Chopped calamata or ripe
olives
3 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil plus
small sprigs for garnish
2 tablespoon Oilpacked sundried tomatoes
1 Clove garlic; minced

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except basil sprigs. Cover and
refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving. To serve,
top crackers with spread; garnish each with a small basil sprig. Makes
about 1One half cups of spread.
