Recipe - Gails Easy Cheese Spread

2 pound Pk Velveeta Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise, NOT salad
dressing
1 cup Horseradish, undrained

Melt Velveeta in top of double boiler. Take off stove
and add mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix well and pour
in containers. Refrigerate. Will keep for a long time.
Makes nice Christmas gifts if packaged in appropriate
containers, such as cheese crocks. Tell recipents to
save the container for refills since they are certain
