Recipe - Fuzzy Navel Upsidedown Cake

1 One half cup Vanilla ice milk
One half cup Peeled coarsely chopped
fresh peaches
3 tablespoon Cranberry juice cocktail
2 tablespoon Peach schnapps
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 227 Calories; 4g Fat (20% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 36g
Carbohydrate; 14mg Cholesterol; 85mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
