Recipe - Fudgy Pudding Cake

1 One half cup Martha Gooch pancake and
waffle mix
One half cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa
Three fourths cup Chopped nuts
One half cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Firmly packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Cocoa

Cake forms on the top with a fudgy pudding sauce on the bottom.
Combine mix, sugar, One half cup cocoa, nuts, milk and vanilla in an 8" pan.
Combine brown sugar and One fourth cup cocoa and sprinkle over the mixture in the
pan. Carefully pour 1 One half c. boiling water over all. DO NOT STIR! Bake
at 350x F for 3540 minutes or until edges pull away from the sides of the
pan. Cool in the pan 15 minutes before serving.
Variation: Omit nuts and add 1 c. miniature marshmallows.
