Recipe - Fudge Sauce

12 ounce Evaporated milk (1 can)
1 Three fourths cup Sugar
4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate (4
Squares)
One fourth cup Margarine
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
One fourth teaspoon Salt

Fred Peters Combine the milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium
heat, stirring constantly, to a rolling boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Add the chocolate and stir until smooth and melted. Remove from the heat
and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Makes enough for two gift containers.
