Recipe - Fruityogurt Shakes

Fruit Shake
1 cup Skim milk
2 tablespoon Instant fatfree milk
Dry
2 Bananas, pears, or peaches
Mashed
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Apple juice
Yogurt Shake
1 cup Fatfree plain yogurt
One half cup Fresh or frozen fruit
1 tablespoon Fruit juice
Mix together ingredients for either shake in blender and serve.
