Recipe - Fruity Tofu Cooler

6 Ice cubes (up to 8 ice
cubes)
One half cup Cantaloupe, cubed
One half cup Pineapple chunks
One half cup Cranberry juice
1/3 cup Sliced banana
One fourth cup Pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Honey
Three fourths teaspoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Grated lemon peel
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until
smooth. Yield: 23 servings.
