Ingredients:
Fruity Soy Shakes (Hl) recipe makes 12 Servings
1 cup Vanilla soymilk; chilled
5 ounce Japanesestyle soft silken
tofu, chilled and cubed
2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit; one
or more varieties of choice
1 tablespoon Honey; (up to 2), or brown
rice syrup
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
Yield: 2 shakes
