Ingredients:
Fruity Frappe recipe makes 6 Servings
3 cup Prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Fruit
Punch Flavor Low Calorie
Soft Drink Mix
1 One half cup Frozen vanilla yogurt;
softened
1 cup Sliced strawberries
1 Ripe banana; cut into
chunks.
Place prepared drink mix, frozen yogurt and fruit in blender container;
cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve at once.
NOTE this recipe is very versatile!! Vary the flavor of the drink mix, of
the fruit, and/or of the frozen yogurt. Toss in some BRAN to add fiber and
more nutrients!
