Recipe - Fruity Bran Muffins

1 One half cup AllBranŽ Cereal
1 cup Skim milk
2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 lg Egg
20 ounce Crushed pineapple in juice
6 ounce Banana; mashed
One half cup Raisins
Mix cereal into milk; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix flour, cinnamon,
baking powder and baking soda; set aside. Mix egg with undrained pineapple
and mashed banana. Thoroughly combine all three mixtures and stir in
raisins. Spoon batter into a 24 muffin pan that has been sprayed with
nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30
minutes.
