Recipe - Fruited Rice Salad

Ingredients:
Fruited Rice Salad recipe makes 4 Servings
2 cup Cooked rice, cooled to room
temp
One half cup Strawberries, quartered
One half cup Grape halves
2 Kiwi fruit, cut or sliced up into
quarters
One half cup Pineapple tidbits
One half cup Banana slices
One fourth cup Pineapple juice
2 tablespoon Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Honey
Lettuce leaves
Combine rice, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, and bananas. Blend
pineapple juice, yogurt, and honey in small bowl; pour over rice mixture.
Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves. "
