3 cup Fresh Broccoli Flowerets
One fourth cup Separated Sweet Onion Slices
One fourth cup Fromage Blanc
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoon Sugar
Orange Rind Stripsoptional
1/3 cup Golden Raisins
One fourth cup ReducedCalorie Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Minced Water Chestnuts
1 tablespoon Unsweetened Orange Juice
One fourth teaspoon Grated Orange Rind

Combine broccoli, raisins, and onion slices in a medium bowl; toss
gently.=14
Combine mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture, and toss gently to coat
vegetables.
Cover and chill thoroughly. Garnish with orange rind strips before
serving, if desired. (57 calories per One half cup serving.)=14 Protein 1.9 Fat
