Ingredients:
Fruit N Juice Breakfast Shake recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Ripe banana;, peeled
Three fourths cup Pineapple juice
One half cup Lowfat vanilla yogurt
One half cup Strawberries;, stem removed
and rin
Break banana into small pieces and put in the blender with pineapple juice,
yogurt, and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide shake
between two glasses and serve immediately
