Recipe - Fruit In Cream

Vanilla sauce (see "Vanilla
Sauce #2" for recipe)
Assorted fruit (see note)
Quick Chocolate Sauce (see
recipe)
Mint leaves (optional)
SPOON Vanilla Sauce #2 onto each serving plate to cover bottom. Swirl
Quick Chocolate Sauce through Vanilla Sauce to form design. Arrange fruit
in sauce. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
To create sauce design: Spoon Vanilla Sauce into individual dessert
plates. Drop small amounts of Chocolate Sauce (or other sauce) from spoon
at intervals over Vanilla Sauce. Draw wooden toothpick through sauce,
swirling through Vanilla Sauce to create a design.
NOTE: We suggest any variety of berries, mandarin orange sections, melon
balls, halved seedless grapes, cut or sliced up peaches, kiwifruit or plums.
