1 cup Bean Sprouts
8 ounce Mandarin Oranges; Drained
8 ounce Pineapple Tidbits; Drained
8 ounce Waterchestnuts; Sliced And
Drained
1 Stalk Celery; Diced
DRESSING
One fourth cup Plain Yogurt Or Mayonaise
1 teaspoon Honey
One half teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
One half teaspoon Dried Ginger
In large bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix
dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of
crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
