Recipe - Fruit And Nut Breakfast Bars

3 cup Oatmeal; quick cooking
2 cup Coconut; flaked
1 cup Almonds; cut or sliced up
One half cup Walnuts; chopped
1 cup Golden raisins
One half cup Pitted dates
One half cup Apricots; dried, cho
One half cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs; lightly beaten
Three fourths cup Honey
1/3 cup Tasteless oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, coconut, almonds and walnuts in
large roasting pan. Bake 18 minutes, stirring once. Cool well Combine oat
mixture, raisins, dates, apricots, flour and salt in bowl. Stir in eggs,
honey and oil, mixing well. Press into 2 8 inch pans which have been
greased. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. While still warm, cut into 2
inch squares. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil to store.
