Recipe - Fruit Stack-Ups

Ingredients:

1 small Banana
1 small Apple Or Pear
2 tablespoon Orange Juice
Strawberries, Grapes, Melon
Cubes Or Balls
Or Pineapple Chunks
2 ounce SoftStyle Cream Cheese
With Pineapple Or
Strawberries;
(One half 4oz Container)
2 tablespoon Milk
Use up to 3 Tb To Get
The desired consistency

Peel the banana and cut into bitesized chunks. Core the apple or pear and
cut into bitesized chunks. In one small bowl, combine the fruits and
orange juice and toss to coat. Thread pieces of banana, apple or pear, and
other desired fruits onto wooden toothpicks, using 2 to 3 pieces for each
stack up. In the other small bowl, combine the cream cheese and enough
milk to make it of a dipping consistency. Dip the fruit into the sauce and
eat. Cover any leftover sauce and refrigerate. NOTE: You can make a fruit
salad by simply drizzling the cream cheese sauce over the fruit in 2 bowls
and eating. Yield: 2 serving
