Recipe - Fruit Smoked Pork Chops

4 Pork chops smoked
One half teaspoon Sage ground
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Raisins seedless
1 small Apple, tart cored &
Sliced
1 tablespoon Flour allpurpose
One fourth cup Fruit juice or water
1 One half teaspoon Vinegar cider
2 tablespoon Sugar, brown firmly
Packed
Grill chops over hot coals 10 minutes. Place on heavyduty aluminum foil;
sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper. Top with raisins and apple; set
aside.
Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until
slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over chops. Seal
securely. Return to grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
