Recipe - Fruit Lassi (Mf)

1 Ripe mango; banana or
papaya, peeled and pureed
Honey; to taste, 1 to 2
teaspoonfuls
One fourth teaspoon Saffron threads; steeped in:
2 teaspoon Hot water
1 cup Ice water
Lemon juice; to taste, 2 to
3 tablespoons
1 cup Plain yogurt
In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients; chill
for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.
Yield: about 2 to 3 cups
