Recipe - Fruit Kugel (Parve)

2 cup Farfel
4 Eggs
1 cup Prunes
1 cup Dates
1 cup Grated apples
1 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Oil
One half cup Sugar
1 ds Salt and pepper
Soak farfel in warm water and squeeze out. Beat eggs into farfel, one at a
time. Add remaining ingredients. Let sit for 1 hour. Bake for 30 minutes in
greased pan at 400 degrees and then 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Posted to
